Where do you ship?

We currently ship to addresses in the United States.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery timing depends on the item. Processing or production takes place before shipment and is separate from delivery time.

• Standard jewelry and gifts: Processing usually takes 1–3 business days, or up to 5 during busy periods. Estimated delivery is 8–12 business days after shipment. This standard timeline does not apply to the made-to-order necklaces or skincare below.
• Made-to-order, non-personalized necklaces: For Eternal Knot and Interlocking Hearts, allow 3–5 business days for production; busy periods may take longer. Standard U.S. delivery is estimated at 2–5 days after shipment, excluding Sundays.
• Personalized necklaces: Allow 3–5 business days for production, followed by an estimated 2–5 business days for delivery. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
• Sarenetee Skincare: Processing and delivery times vary by product. Please contact us before ordering if you need an item by a particular date.

These timeframes are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. Items may ship separately. Checkout may show “Delivery varies by item” because a mixed order can include different delivery timelines. Review the product page and our Shipping Policy before ordering.

How much is shipping?

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout based on the items in your order and your delivery address. Items from different fulfillment partners may ship separately, and each shipment may have its own charge. You'll see the full shipping cost before you pay.

Will I get tracking?

Yes. Tracking is emailed when your order ships. Items fulfilled separately may have different tracking numbers.

What is your return policy?

Damaged or defective items reported within 14 days qualify for a replacement or refund. We do not accept change-of-mind returns. Please review our Refund Policy for full details.

What are the jewelry pieces made of?

Materials and finishes vary by product. Review the individual product description and selected finish rather than assuming every piece is solid gold, sterling silver, or plated.
